About Merlin Property Services

Merlin Property Services is a locally owned and operated property care company based in Banff, Alberta. We provide dependable, practical property maintenance for homeowners, businesses, and condominiums. Our services span snow removal, groundskeeping, cleaning, and project support — the everyday jobs that keep properties safe, clean, and running smoothly through every season.

This app is built for two audiences. For property owners and clients, it offers a clear view of the services we provide, a simple way to request quotes, and a password-protected client portal where you can track the live status of your jobs, review service updates, and sign agreements online. For our field staff, it centralizes scheduling and job management, into one dashboard, so the right work gets done at the right time — with full digital record-keeping.

Merlin Property Services is Banff owned and operated. We are insured, and WCB compliant, and we stand behind every job. Whether you need seasonal snow clearing or a one-off project, our goal is simple: property care made simple, done right.
